Put fewer cars on lots and potentially loose market share. No one is that loyal to a brand. Consumers do not like to hear keep the price high at the same time they have to negotiate with dealers who they do not trust to start with. All the BS fees and services they try to sell. If they do not figure out sales side companies like Tesla and Rivian will eat their lunch as they scale. EV’s are just simpler mechanically. To basic parts in an electric motor and no complicated transmissions. No place for dealers to make money servicing. If there is a lot of service required Ford will have real problems.
