I’m a little spooked with seeing these types of videos locking up and not continuing after 10 seconds or so.

So then what are Seperate Segregated Funds, or SSFs, also known as Connected Committees? Are they PACs too?

The whole video you called the FEC by the wrong name. It's commission not committee.

What are some examples of prominent PACS of the past (pre 2002 bipartisan act) and the prominent Super PACS of today

This is exactly how your government has been bought and paid for. Unfortunately, those people have more money than God, and are equally as diabolical.

We need Term Limits. 2 terms and go. In ALL parts of government. Mandatory drug tests before every session. Not only does their bills hurt the U.S people, it hurts the whole world. Then lets make LOBBYISTS against the law. No more padding our servants pockets. This should weed out a lot of crooks in public services. To much power=corruption.
